Set/Rep/RPE recommendations in the bridge for someone who doesn't have a belt

My trusty Valeo belt broke the other day, and I don’t have the funds right now to buy a new belt :frowning:

How should I conduct the belted movements in Bridge 1.0? Especially the belted squats, press, and the deadlift.

Any set/rep/RPE recommendations?
