I am about to start a bulk at about 156 lbs @ 12.3% bf, 5’10, and I wanted to take it slow and bulk for a significant amount of time. I ended my last bulk on 2600 kcal, and I think my maintanance is around 2250, though I gained quiet a bit of fat before I cut down.
