Hello everyone, I have thinking lately that it would be great if the Jordan and Austin came to my base to give a seminar. The topics that they (Barbell Medicine) go over in their seminars are topics that directly apply to Soldiers and could provide a lot of benefit to the force. Then I saw a video of Jordan and Austin at Fort Irwin giving a presentation on low back injury. Now that I know this is possible, I am more than toying with the idea, I want to make it happen. If anyone could provide insight, I would appreciate it, and if you also happen to be stationed at Joint Base Lewis-McChord sound off to let the Barbell Medicine crew know that we want a seminar out here.
