I’m starting Hypertrophy 2 on Monday. Would you still do GPP cardio for someone who walks 7k steps per week? If not, can I fit the other GPP exercises into the training days? Would a Mon/Wed/Fri/Sat split work or the weekly split isn’t that important?!

I currently average around 7k steps per day. Now that I’m gonna start to go to the gym 6 times per week, that step count is gonna go up to probably around 8-9k average per week. I’ll still so the GPP cardio twice a week. Can I know why the High Incline DB Bench Press was programmed twice in a week and the same for Low Incline DB Bench being programmed back to back?!

Yea that’s not really a lot of steps where I’d be concerned about being over conditioned, you know?
I really like incline bench work for GPP, hypertrophy purposes, and some transfer over to the bench (low incline) or press (high incline) with minimal additional equipment (e.g. machine or specialty bars). You can pick different exercises if you like.
