I’ve just started running Hypertrophy II and noticed that, for every week, the “rest periods and notes” for exercise 1 on day 4 is “none”. Is this a mistake, or is it your intention that the lifter rest for as little time as possible?
I don’t suppose you have an errata for your templates, perchance?
On a different note, thank you for all the content you provide. I’ve gained such enjoyment and good results running your templates over the past 18 months, at a bargain price equivalent to less than $5 a week, or $0 in the case of the Bridge.
