I’ve ran the hypertrophy program and starting on the powerlifting II program. What is a optimal rest time in between each set? I know rep ranges are different per exercise, so this might effect rest time if there is any.
Glad that you’re enjoying the templates! With the loggers, if you peak on the weekly logging tabs (week 1, week 2, etc.), we have included suggested rest times for the various movements and their place in the training program. They do vary, so this should be helpful for you.
