I bought two of the templates, but the thing is that it is in pounds. In the Netherlands we use kilos as are the weight of the plates and the barbells. Is it necessary to convert the weights to kilos and visa versa or can I use it the way it is?
Is it possible to change the spreadsheet myself? Now I am constantly converting the weights, which takes to much time. A simple solution is to print a conversion list and keep it next to my laptop or whiteboard, but I prefer to change the templates.
Any thoughts?
Hello! I use KGs as well, even though I’m American. You can enter the Kgs in the sheet. It doesn’t accept the 0.5 right now, so that’s the only sticky part. I just round the numbers up or down in my head as needed. It’s something we will want to try to adjust, I agree.
Thanks for the quick responds. I will wait for the update ; ) and use it as it is for now.

Are the units not arbitrary? You’re working on percentages or RPE anyway.
Any updates. I would love to be able to add .5 and .25 kilos without rounding.
