Hi bbm team, I’ve used your bridge program in the past with good results, and have invested in the hypertrophy program too. I’ve just received the updated version of this (7 week version) which is much more slickly presented than the original, and very functional, thanks! I have just one problem though, as an inhabitant of europe where all the weights are in kg, changing them into lbs so they fit into the progress logs is a major pita. Is there a workaround for this?
I just input the weights I actually use (I train in kgs) and ignore the lbs notation. It is a pain, but hey. At the end of the day, the most important thing is the numbers, not the notation.
I would have preferred it if the notation was not in the cell at all. It is a bit of a distraction, but not unusable.
Australian and metric here. Just run a metric / imperial conversion app on your phone and fill in the numbers when resting between sets. Hardly a big deal. I find only being able to enter hard RPE numbers more irksome than anything, though I doubt in the scheme if things it amounts to a hill of beans.
If you’re feeling tricky, you can highlight the range of weight cells and hit CTRL 1. That’ll let you change the custom formatting from 0" LBS" to 0" KG". The use the format painter tool to do this to all weight cells.
Not simple or quick, but WAY easier than converting every time!
