This is probably a dumb question, but where do I log my weights and reps? Do I just write it down in a journal? I’m not very tech savvy so maybe I missed something.
I think from memory there are a bunch of tabs called “week 1”, “week 2” and so on. Each tab has a row for each day of workouts - you should have boxes to put in weight, reps and RPE.
Maybe it’s an iPhone thing cause I can’t get into any of the tabs to log anything.

Do we just input working sets?
If you go to the tab “Week 1” and scroll down a bit you see something similar to this: (this example is from a different template)
So, here you see the columns for the sets, weights, reps and RPE (Intensity will be completed for you if you fill in the fatigue level below)
In this example you are supposed to do 4 working sets:
Set 1: 6@6
Set 2: 6@7
Set 3: 6@8
Set 4: 6@8
That’s the target.
In the sheet you can now fill in what you actually did in training. There are more rows then prescribed working sets so you can also log your warm-ups if you want.
