Question about logging workouts (sets, reps, etc.)

First post for me. I couldn’t find an answer to my question, so I’m making a post about it.

Briefly about me: 25 year old man from Norway. Just graduated physical therapy school. Been following BBM and more specifically Dr. Feigenbaum for a couple of years. Hope to learn more on this forum, and to finally get as strong and beastly as I naturally can.

Q: Should I log every set in the new 7-Week hypertrophy plan? Meaning, all warm-up sets in addition to the work sets? Kind of makes sense to include all work load, but maybe the log is only meant for the sets prescribed in the plan?

I would not log warmups, only the prescribed working sets.

As mentioned, don’t log warmups. Sets at RPE 6 are a gray area. Some of the past templates specify to only log RPE 7 or greater. I personally log the last set @6 b/c it is useful volume.
