If someone is going through biceps tendinitis and to let it die down a little they are doing pin bench press to instead of full bench pressing. With the limited info provided, would you likely increase reps or relative intensity of the weekly pin bench press session (compared to benching) to account for the less work done with the smaller ROM?
If they are moving through the current range of motion pain free, my two priorities would be to increase load, and increase range of motion (while staying near-pain-free). Tendinopathy is not the situation to be throwing lots of volume on.
