So, overviewing the new hypertrophy templates they seem to include an extra exercise at the end of each session like leg extensions or chest flyes. My question is would carrying this over to the other templates be a bad idea? I mean it’s like 3-4 sets max and weight is light. I just really enjoy that little bit of extra work and wanted some opinions on whether or not it would completely ruin the other programs?

Thanks for the post! While I don’t think the extra work would necessarily ruin the other templates, I also don’t know how useful they would be considering the goals of the other templates you know? I think the GPP work baked into the other templates takes care of the accessory needs.
