I had somewhat of a follow up question to a recent post regarding the 7 week endurance template vs. updated Endurance template. My goals are health, aesthetics, strength respectively. I’m in week 9 of GS&C after 2 bouts of Powerbuilding I. I am enjoying the higher frequency, lower total min. HIITs which have made a big difference, saw great response in first block in squat/deadlift. I was interested in a more hypertrophy focused block and was intrigued by the first week of 7wk Hypertrophy GPP template through the app (liked the rep schemes along w/ EMOMs). I have run Hypertrophy I before and am likely more equipped now to deal with the volume but the length of workouts was somewhat of a limiting factor. Would you default to the Hypertrophy I over 7 wk hypertrophy GPP block as next template choice?
