Few questions on templates

Hello,

I’ve done the beginner template and yesterday done the bridge.

Well, here are my questions

1- Whats the difference between 7 weeks hypertrophy, hypertrophy 1 and powerbuilding? Is it just different exercise selection/rotation or each has a purpose and different goal? If so, what is it

2- Whats the difference between 7 weeks edurance gpp, edurance 1 and general s/c? Why would i need endurance block?

3- If you had all the templates, how would you cycle them for youself? And why would you choose each template?

1- Going through the link i noticed that powerbuilding 1 is now the replacement for 7weeks hypertrophy gpp. Since the template will be outdated, What are your plans for those who already purchased 7weeks hypertrophy gpp template? Would you recommend running it

2- I’m not sure what are the principles of cycling templates, when to run the same template again or how often should i do hypertrophy/endurance block.
To the extent of what i gathered, this is how i intended todo it. I’d like your opinion please :

  1. There are no plans for those who purchased the 7-Week Hypertrophy Template. It is a different template from a programming standpoint, but I still think checks all the boxes for an intelligent program if someone wanted to run it.

  2. There are no general principles for cycling templates separate from goals. I’m not sure what yours are, but I’m guessing strength and hypertrophy.The suggested cycling looks fine to me, but you could also get away with using fewer templates too. This should be based mostly on personal preference and individual responses to a program.

Strength and hypertrophy indeed, i’m sorry for sounding vague. I have a better feel on things now, this sums all my concerns.

Sure, I can understand that.

In general, I think most of the programming should focus around strength and hypertrophy work- alternating goals every 2nd or 3rd template provided someone isn’t actually competing in BB or PL. Save for that, it’s mostly personal preference and individual responsiveness to the given template.
