I have done the Bridge 1.0 and just finished HLM and now I am looking to lose some wait and also build some muscle so I just got the Hypertrophy template. I am older at 47 and don’t think I will lose the weight I want to in 7 weeks but I also don’t want to lose what strength I have built up. That being said the competition lifts in the hypertrophy template are only 1 rep below the first 4 weeks setup in HLM so it looks like I would hang on to some strength through this. My question is can I run this template back to back or should I switch back to HLM or one of the other strength templates after doing the 7 weeks?
This has been asked above a few times. Their answer was it doesn’t matter, whichever you want to do.
