Hello–I do ~16hrs of low RPE LISS for a job I work Tues-Friday. (Bicycle based hauling business). I’m on Wk 5 of the HLM template. Unsurprisingly, I didn’t do the LISS programmed in the first four weeks, but I’m wondering if the HIIT in the remaining weeks would be beneficial, or if you’d recommend cutting that as well?
(Vitals: 41yo male. Early Intermediate. 6’0" 208lb, e1rms have been climbing steadily through first four weeks of HLM. Recovery has felt good so far.)
