Jordan doing singles

I noticed on Jordan’s instagram a lot of singles with bench variations (like 6-10 singles in one sitting)

  1. Is this in conjunction of opposition to the usual protocol of 1 single plus back off sets (something like 1 @ 8 then 6x4 @ -20% etc)
  2. Do you view this as a better or worse protocol?
  3. Any plans on doing the same for bench or deadlift variations?

Just finished the podcast, but would Jordan mind sharing his current weekly split/how he fits in the multiple single workouts along with higher rep work to give a clearer idea of how to do it?
