Judo starts soon, and as a result of that and a few other things combined, I’ll only be able to make it to the gym 2x a week.
Anyone have any bright ideas about how to organize my lifting? I’d still prefer to get something done in the gym even though I will be getting smacked into the mat as well.
Maybe just do the BBM Beginner Prescription workouts? Just go through it, session by session, and let the RPE govern your level of effort. That should maintain some level of strength and proficiency. Judo is obviously going to do for your GPP, so that’s well-covered.
