Knee issue after PR

This past Saturday I PR all of my lifts. Got a 415 squat , 405 DL and a 310 bench. Anyways the whole time I felt fine. Then after I got home , my left knee started to feel very stiff. It would hurt when I would try to straighten my leg completely. Could still walk on it ( though not very far ) and could also push the clutch in my truck with no pain. After a few days of relaxing on it and putting ice cold water in the shower on it , it’s a lot better. I tested the waters today with 3x8 squats at 255. Other than a lot of snap crackles and pops I had no pain. Just wondering if this sounds like anything I should be worried about. I THINK I possibly maybe just hyper extended it during squat . Like I said no pain really , I can go up and down stairs fine. It does have a slight pressure feel to it.

I wouldn’t worry about it.

As of today I can feel a clicking feeling inside my knee when I do a range of motion , possibly the patella having some issues gliding ? No pain when I squat so far like I said so I’ll still train. Would just like to have a general idea of what it might be lol I guess without an exam there’s no way to know though.

Even with an exam, it’s unlikely anyone will be able to definitively tell you what it is.

Thanks for the input man, I’ve been following you guys and Allan for a long time now and y’all are pretty much the only ones I go to for factual information.
