Quick question about what I assume could be FLLD.

Hey guys first off thanks for all that your doing with barbell medicine, really love telling anyone I can about you guys. Secondly I was filming my squat sets today from a few angles just to fine tune some stuff I felt was lacking. I filmed a front view of my squats and saw that one knee seemed significantly higher( at least to me) at the bottom of my squat. Could I film or take a screen shot of this and you guy chime in if this is something I should worry about addressing or not? Hopefully this is within the scope of the form. Thanks again

Do you have pain?

Currently I am working with 260lbs @181lbs/5’6 finishing up SSLP. No pain during squats, I just don’t want to do damage if I need a shim. I am all for getting my squat/deadlift past 405 and then seeing how my back feels. I have delt with pain around my SI joint since I was 16 and I’m now 25. The pain has been bad enough before that I couldn’t stand or even crawl to the bathroom without wanting to yell. Excuse the foul language but that shit sucks.
