What’s up guys, so I’ve been squatting and deadlifting for almost 10 weeks consistently again. For whatever reason today I was feeling a twinge out of the hole on every squat rep. Would it be better to lower the weight to a lower weight and train through that twinge? Just wondering what you guys would do?

I wasn’t sure if you would have recommended that I lightened the weight to where I didn’t feel that discomfort in that workout or kept the weight where it was at and completed my prescribed sets. I know you guys would recdonmend that I still squat just didn’t know if that was what You guys would have advised (instead of lightening the weight)
If the discomfort does not get worse during the session, and does not persist for a long time after your session, I’d carry on without modifications.
Thanks Austin just saw this. Planning on doing a meet in the next few months that’s why I was worried I’m feeling this twinge coming out of the hole again on my reps. Really wanna do nationals this year if possible
