Hi! I just finished the beginner template and really enjoyed it. I am looking for my next template. I really want to move onto hypertrophy or strength but I have been dealing with knee tightness in both knees. This has been going on for a while but I don’t feel any knee pain when squatting or deadlifting. I just have this awful tightness feeling in my knees. Would you recommend the. Knee rehab template for me?

Is the tightness present all the time? If it feel fine while you are squatting and deadlifting it could be as much an issue with titrating RPE as anything wrong and some persistent DOMS hanging around. If you are relatively new to lifting this is a common occurrence. I think you are fine to start hypertrophy or strength but would recommend possibly taking the weight down just a little and see if that helps.
