Knee Rehab Template -> 2 lower days per week

It’s finally happened — the kneebola has struck me, and it’s probably time for me to put some time into the Knee Rehab Template. However, I’d love to take this time to do some bodybuilding stuff for my upper body. If I switched to the Bodybuilding II template, my weekly training would by 4x per week with a lower/upper split, which sounds fun and cool. Here’s what I was thinking: could the combined lower body training in the knee rehab template be effectively and practically condensed into two “leg days,” which would allow me to run the BBII template for my upper body while rehabbing my knees. If so, how might you go about doing this?

Yep, that would work just fine. I don’t think there’s a top secret way to combine the lower body training elements from the knee rehab template and the upper body elements from BB II. I believe there are 8 lower body slots in the first two phases of the knee rehab template. I’d split those up over the two lower body days of BB II.
