I am in week 4 of the knee rehab template right now. It’s my first BBM template and I am loving it. For the last few years my lifting has basically been starting, stopping and restarting the NLP over and over again, and this has been a challenging and fun change. In addition to the knee symptoms going away (had a sprained MCL/LCL, & an aggravated bakers cyst - pain all the way up the hamstring and I couldn’t walk or straighten my leg without pain) and feeling the strength improving, I’m finally wrapping my head around RPE and I love the programming. The tempo & higher reps is kicking my butt (used to just 5s) and I’m looking forward to training every day. I plan to get another BBM template when this is done.
My question is, I am training 3 days/week, and with time/schedule constraints, and training BJJ (took a break with the knee but plan to go back soon), 3 days is the most I can do right now. I see that phase 4 of the knee rehab template goes to 4 days/week. Do you have have recommendations on the best day to modify phase 4 to 3 days?
