I am currently in the 4th week of the back rehab template and things are going pretty well. I looked ahead a little in the program and notice that it starts a 4th day of training. At this point, I have only run 3 day templates. When the time comes should I train the fourth day or ignore and only do the first three days? Thanks -Ray
This is entirely up to you.
If you are improving and feel up for adding in some more work, the fourth day is reasonable.
If, on the other hand, you are satisfied with your current trajectory so far and want to see if you can get symptom resolution on 3 days per week of training, you can certainly try that too.
