4th Day what do?

Hi BBM team,

I currently run a few of your 3 day templates and on occasion I’m able to get a 4th day in training but it isn’t regular enough to purchase and run your 4 day templates.

My question is when I do get that occasional 4th day at the gym what would you suggest I do?
i like to keep GPP on my off days at home which is more convenient

so would love a sample workout you’d do or how you suggest I’d go about it?

I probably wouldn’t add a 4th day of training here unless you can do it consistently for multiple weeks in a row.
