I’m a loyal follower of BBM, and appreciate your work and content.
A while back I purchased the 12wk Strength Progression program, which I plan to start shortly for my first meet in June. Due to life constraints, I plan on running the 3x/week modification, on MWF. However, while not every week, there may be some Saturdays where I could squeeze in a 4th day. If the impromptu 4th day becomes available, would you recommend squeezing in the supplemental day 3 and day 4 lifts that I planned on omitting, or due to consistency, would you recommend not to sporadically train the extra supplemental lifts unless I could fully commit to 4x/week every week?
