Hello coaches,
I am planning on running the Endurance Template twice, back to back, in a few months in order to improve my running for work (military). I’ve ran the Endurance template in the past, each time my running improved and I was able to maintain my strength as measured by 1 rep estimated maxes. This time around, I’d like to add a 4th day of conditioning when I restart the template for the second time. If you were to do that, where would you plug in a 4th day of conditioning?
