General S/C Template - Adding 4th day?

Hi guys. I am starting the newest update of the General S/C template this week. I have been training four days per week in my last block and would like to stay with that. I also really enjoy this template because of the exercise selection. Aside from doing a totally different template…

  1. What types of slots would you add if you were to add a 4th day to this template? I’m thinking another deadlift slot with RDL or SLDL…
  2. Where would you put the extra day? (I get the feeling this probably doesn’t really matter in the grand scheme of things)

In this particular template I probably wouldn’t add more RT elements, but instead would add more conditioning or sports-specific training elements. If doing that, I would train M/T/R/F and do GPP on the other days.
