So I have the strength one template, which I just finished again for a 3rd round through and the 3 day original hypertrophy template. I want to train 4 days a week and was thinking of adding the 4th day of the strength template as a 4th day on the hypertrophy template. I have done strength one and hypertrophy one multiple times and would be considered advanced as far as my training maturity goes. Would this be cool?

While picking up one of the 4 day templates would be better suited for this, I don’t see a problem with this either.

Eh, went ahead and picked up hypertrophy ll. I don’t have an SSB or leg press. Would you recommend more high bar as substitutions with the same set and rep scheme?
