4 months ago developed knee pain with stiffness. Bought the knee rehab template and have been running it for 15 weeks now. Had a couple symptom spikes along the way but they alway subsided immediately after a workout.
48 hours ago I did the Week 15 Day 2 workout and have had pain and discomfort in my knee ever since. No feeling of stiffness. I’m at about 70% of the weight I was doing when the original injury occurred. What should I do?
How have symptoms progressed since posting this? Typically I’d say continue to train, with a reduction in intensity if symptoms persist into the next training day.
Well, thinking about it after I posted this. I realized your knee rehab training template actually taught me that answer! I knew what to do, did that, and have continued progressing without those symptoms. I am running the powerbuilding I template now.
I still have lingering irritation in my knee but no swelling or pain. When I initially hurt my knee I experienced crepitus on every squat rep, accompanied with pain. I never had crepitus when working out. The crepitus came back on my most recent squat session but no pain or swelling. I am slowly gaining back my confidence.
