on a separate note, is there any benefit to taking L-carnitine post work out in your opinion and based on literature? Have read it can reduce muscle soreness and damage and thus improve recovery, which can then indirectly allow us to train harder and get better results
I think there was a new guideline released on sweeteners. Is Sucralose from what youve heard? I know some supplements company use stevia instead of sucralose and I believe peri ex has sucralose. I’m sure it’s ok, but just wanted your opinion on sucralose vs stwvia?
what about Acesulfame potassium (this is fda approved but I’ve heard some people worry about it)? It’s not in your products but just curious about it
