I have had lateral knee pain on my right leg for the last couple of weeks, especially during going up stairs and walking. Therefore, I suspect it could be ITBS.
I haven’t had any issues during training so far, but when I start walking after training the pain starts coming back.
Hey kschwarz - have you read the article Pain in Training: What do? You will likely find beneficial information in the article. If you are noticing increased symptoms post exercise then that would be reason to adjust programming.
