Recurring Pain on Left Side of Left Knee

Hi BBM team, I’m writing because of a pain on the left side of my left knee. This pain has been a recurring pain since December 2020. It left in January and came back mid February and hasn’t left since then. It has become more frequent and intense (7/10 pain in general). It has also spread into the back of my knee and above into my lower hamstring. I get this pain when my leg receives an impact such as when I jump, when I press on the floor with my leg, and even when I walk I feel it to a reduced degree. Any ideas as to why this is happening? I plan to follow your Pain in Training guide, but I’d like to understand my symptoms a little bit better since they’ve been around for quite a while now.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hey GaboZY06 - sorry to hear about your experience. We need a consultation to accurately weigh in on the situation. If you are interested, please complete our intake paperwork HERE. If you adjust activity and the situation resolves, not sure I’d worry too much about searching for a source.
