Hello, good doctors. How long could somebody reasonably run the Press Plug-in?
I ask b/c in mid-March my left knee started giving me problems (weakness/soreness) with squats. I was @ 260lbs on my squat, but i feel I had a good 15-20 lbs of LP left in me. Deadlifts halted to a lesser degree. Squat is back up to 235 w/o pain.
I started the press plug-in 3 weeks ago and am still making progress @ the prescribed RPEs (typically doing 2.5 lb jumps…probably could have gone a bit higher on bench). If I LP squats and deadlifts for 3-4 more weeks is it reasonable to keep doing the press plug-in assuming continued gains?
