Long term Time constraint

Hello,

I’m currently in a situation where I am essentially in a long term time crunch due to work, family life ect. Some weeks I can only strength train twice a week, others, I can fit in four times but shorter sessions.

I have conditioning built in my regular week of training due to my job (military) but I’m curious on your thoughts to my idea of some weeks running the 2 day split from Time Crunch 2, and other weeks running the Train every day template.

Yep, this would be totally fine. I believe in the text there’s even specific mention of being able to alternate between the training programs on a weekly basis, as the total training load is pretty much equivalent across all included programs in that download. Seems reasonable to me.
