Hi there - I don’t really have time on a weekend to train so thinking of splitting a 4 day programme across Monday - Friday.
Can you foresee any issues doing this long term providing RPE is adjusted accordingly?

For what it’s worth, I typically advise individuals to train Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri for 4x/wk programs. You could split this same training up over more or less days and be fine. I’d predict little difference either way.
Thanks, I should have specified it would mean training all five days in a row, with day 4 being split across Thurs and Friday. All good?
