Hi guy, I have a quick question that maybe you could help me out with.
I have started a new shift pattern at my work where I work 4 days on 4 days off.
These are 12 hour shifts with an hour commute both ways, i also have kids in the house as well as a heavily pregnant wife so i think the days I work my 4 days on are pretty much out window for training.
Would it be possible to pack my programming into my 4 days off work and not train when it’s my 4 days at work and still make gains/progress in my training?
