Losartan before or after training?

Hey, a quick question. I’m 31, I’ve started taking losartan 50mg recently for my blood pressure. Should I take the pill before or after training? I’ve been taking it for 2 weeks now, tried both before and after. And it feels weird either way. Some days I feel weaker and more light headed. Some days I feel great. I’ve noticed cramps and doms in muscles that never had cramps/doms before (like adductors after squats).
Still, I have some great results from it, even my bicep veins started to look better. It disappears at rest, and gets bigger during training. Before it was always defined, and left one was starting to look a bit crooked, thin, even during training. BP dropped as well.

Thanks!

Some additional info if needed:

BP was consistently 135-140 when resting for some time now. Couldn’t find the cause.

In last December one lab showed that I’ve had very high aldosterone levels. After taking minimal dose of spironolactone for 6 months my aldosterone levels only increased. Since spironolactone dropped my testosterone levels and increased estradiol, doc told me to stop taking it. We ran aldosterone-renin ratio at a different lab - and it came back normal (even though a week earlier aldosterone was 3 times above reference range, in a different lab). So we dropped the whole thing and forgot about it, dealing with thyroid and other stuff. Testosterone and estradiol recovered 2 months later.

Now I decided to address my BP since it started bothering me, and I’ve noticed some problems with how my muscles function. And after lurking the forums I’ve noticed Austin recommends ACE inhibitor and Angiotensin receptor blockers to people who train with high BP. Did some research, asked my doc if I can try Losartan. He OKed it and here I am.

I would just pick a time of day, whether when you get up in the AM or when you get ready for bed in the evening, and take it on a consistent basis. I wouldn’t aim to specifically time it around training.
