Ive bought several of your templates mainly running hypertrophy templates and PB. I run each template 2-3 times before moving on but I noticed on PB1 my first run is okay but somewhere along the road during the second run progress stalls or reduces slightly for remainder of the template. My guess would be that i still carry fatigue from previous run so adding an extra low stress week before each block would probably be the move. What do you think about that ?
Certainly, thats another variable (not enough stress) maybe 'I’ll implement both or 1 at a time. I could switch to pb2 but I cant dedicate a 4th lifting day atm .
Well, I don’t think I would recommend “treating for both” given that they don’t have the same cause. I would be thinking about things like soreness, feeling tired, beat up, etc. vs feeling otherwise fine, save for not making progress.
Can add more volume within a given lifting day, e.g. Gen S/C II (3-day) or Bodybuilding II (3-day).
