Lower Body Plug-In

Hi all,

Have you put forth a squat and/or lower body equivalent to your upper body plug in? If not, would it be appropriate to use the same protocol for squats that you advocate for the press/bench if the squat is approaching post-novice territory while the upper body lifts are still solidly LP-ing?

i.e.
Workout A: Squat x 1 @ +5% from last 5 x 3 sets on LP, then take 15% off the bar for 5 reps x 5 sets
Workout B: Squat x 8 reps x 4 sets @ -15% from previous 5 x 3 sets on NLP

You could try that, sure, but I think I would recommend switching programs instead given the restrictions of the NLP.
