I figured I’d start a log here since I’m currently running a slightly modified version of the Bridge.
Currently finished up week 4:
Day 1:
Squat - 175 kg x 5, 185 kg x 5, 197.5 kg x5 x 4 sets
Close Grip Bench - 102.5 kg x 4, 110 kg x 4, 120 kg x4 x 3 sets
SLDL - 150 kg x 7, 160 kg x 7, 172.5 kg x 7 x 2 sets
Day 2:
Deadlift - 220 kg x 5, 230 kg x 5, 240 kg x 5 x 3 sets
Press - 72.5 kg x 5, 77.5 kg x 5, 80 kg x 5 x 4 sets
Chin ups - +45 lb x 8,7,7. BW 2x9
Day 3:
2ct. Pause Squat - 165 kg x 4, 170 kg x 4, 180 kg x 4 x 3sets
Bench Press - 105 kg x 5, 110 kg x 5, 115 kg x 5 x 5 sets
Rows - 110 kg x 8, 115 kg x 8, 120 kg x 8 x 4 sets
Overall, an excellent week of training. This is the most deadlift volume I’ve ever done. Excited for some heavier weight soon.
