Should I factor in the weight lost of cooked meats when counting macros? Perhaps I am overthinking this, however, I believe most packaging lists the macro content of the meat uncooked.

The packaging lists the macros for the meat based on its raw mass. So, if 6oz of raw chicken cooks down to 4oz, you’re still consuming 6oz worth of macros. I’d weigh out your portions raw :wink:
