I am super confused about what the macros for grilled chicken should be. On My Fitness Pal (MFP) I see a ton of options that vary by 30-40%!
What do you all think are the right macros for grilled chicken? Either 4oz and 100g portion would be the most helpful.
Beyond that, when you cook whole foods that obviously dont come with nutrition labels how do you decide what the right MFP item to log?
