Meet this weekend

I am in the 12th week of the Powelifting II and next week is the peaking week

All of a sudden, I came to know of a meet that will happen this Sunday and I would like to go and try

I have already done Day 1 and Day 2 (All comp lifts) this week. ANd there are 2 more days of training left.

If I want to do the meet this sunday, should I continue to do the Day 3 and Day 4 training (Thursday Friday) and do the meet on Sunday , or should I rest for the next few day???

I would train on Thursday only, probably doing something like working up to your last warmup on the squat and opener on the bench. Both of these can have a few lighter back-off doubles or triples, but shouldn’t crush you. Then chill until meet day.
