Mega cardio session

Hi team, sorry if already answered, wasn’t able to find: as a hypothetical, are there any concerns getting a week’s worth of cardio minimums (i.e. 150 minutes/vigorous intensity per physical activity guidelines) in one day?

I think it doesn’t work as well as multiple sessions for the same volume over the course of the week, as I’d prefer people to be active on nearly all days. I also have a concern for overuse, but if the intensity is moderated enough, it’s probably fine.
