6 weeks ago during military press i felt a pop like pain in my tricep on the bottom of the movement and lost all power, i immediately went to my doctor to where he sent me for an ex-ray after explaining it wasn’t a bone related pain. he had then told me it was a stretch fracture and a super minor tricep tare and to take 6-8 weeks of heavy lifting but still keep it active and moving, so i did. after the past week being back at work i noticed the pain increasing so i went to get another opinion and the new doctor had said it a much more serious tare and may have gotten worse due to use. He had not given me more information besides to see a specialist to work on it over a few months but i seriously am in no position to be paying $200 a week for months on end. is there anything else i could do for now? or anything that may help me at all?
