Based on various podcasts and articles with you guys I’ve come away with the conclusion that foam rolling, lacrosse ball rolling, and basically anything outlined by kelly starrett and his crew is a waste of time if you’re seeking relief from tightness and gain an increased range of motion. Same goes for stretching. My apologies if this is not the case.
If stretching and popular mobility modalities are a waste of time, what can be done? I am a desk jockey so is the answer simply “walk more, stand more”?
