Modified Strengthlifting II

Hello Docs,

I have a question of a best way to modify the strenghtlifting II program if I am limited on time. Currently work 9AM - 730PM Monday - Thursday and Friday 9AM - 5:30. I can workout before and after work but seems to be really difficult to do everything in one session. Greatly appreciate the recommmendations!

If your sessions are taking too long, I’d cut rest periods down to 2 to 3 minutes for exercises 1 and 2, then 60s for exercise 3. Your weights may (or may not) go down a bit as you get used to it, but this should work for to get things done in ~ 90 min or less.

Awesome seems pretty simple! I think I may need to hurry up my warm sets.
