Monday-Thursday - And the slow death of my LP

Good afternoon,

I’d like some advice on my current training situation. I am Musician, so I’m on the road Friday-Sunday most weeks. I’m currently training Monday-Thursday. I’m slowly transitioning into an intermediate program. Adding more volume and training slots. My Bench and Press have really slowed down and I’ve transitioned to a 3x3 heavy day and a volume day. I’m trying to get the most Gainz until summer hits when I’ll be on the road closer to 4-5 days a week. I did read the bridge, and loved it, but I wasn’t sure if I could make it apply. So I have about 12 weeks to make the most of this. Thanks for any advice.

Current Program
Monday
Squat Heavy 3x5x325lb
Rows 3x8x160lb
I may add in volume DL to this day starting next week. Probably 70-80% of my heavy DL day.

Tuesday
Heavy Bench 3x3x200lb
Volume Press 5x5x115lb
Chinups - 17.5lb

Wednesday
Deadlift 1x5x365lb
Paused Squats 5x5x260lb

Thursday
Heavy Press 3x3x145lb
Volume Bench 5x5x155lb

Friday/Saturday/Sunday - Melt faces and sit a in a stinky van reading the bridge,

Current Weight: 188lb, height 5’9". Have traveled 34 times around the sun.

A year ago I was:
Body Weight 165lb
Squat 3x5x135lb
Press 3x5x75lb
Bench 3x5x95lb
Deadlift 1x5x225lb

I would just run The Bridge on Mon/Tues/Thurs and do GPP on Weds and one day when you’re on the road if possible.
